Returns Policy

General

Our returns policy lasts 28 days from the time you receive the items you purchased. After 28 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with something you have purchased from us, please get in touch.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from our online shop, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item and return it to us within 28 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. In order to be able to process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on items ordered through our commissions service or on promotional items which are sold at a discounted price.

As each piece of art we sell is unique, we are not able to exchange items purchased.

Refund processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Refund requests which are approved will be processed by automatically crediting the amount paid to the method of payment used to purchase the item.

Please note that refunds can take several days to be processed. If you believe you haven’t received your refund, please check the junk or spam folder of your email account to ensure you haven’t missed any refund confirmation emails. Also check your PayPal / bank / credit card account as applicable. If you still believe you haven’t received a refund, contact us at nicky@njartcreations.co.uk.

Postage

To return your purchased item, you should send it by post to: 4 Meadowfield Close, Pocklington, York YO42 2XH. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item and the item is not damaged or defective in any way, the original cost of delivery will be deducted from any amount refunded. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
